It just does not get any better for a horse player than what shows up in late July and August every summer.  Del Mar is in full swing, and Saratoga opens this week.  The Haskell will be run at Monmouth Park this coming weekend, and the Arlington Million Festival will follow on Aug. 8.  Just the opportunity to take in all of the racing in those venues is thrill enough for a fan…
