New sires revealed – Unlocking the secret of freshman sires
Aug 9th, 2010 | By admin | Category: Iron MaidensJUST RELEASED
Laurie Ross of Iron Maidens Thoroughbreds, home of the 2009 and 2010 Freshman Sire E-books, has released the newest version. The E-books were created as comprehensive guides for handicappers to learn about new sires and what to expect from their first crop of runners.
One of the toughest races to handicap is a two-year-old maiden race. Trainer stats and workout patterns are helpful, but if the handicapper knows little about pedigree, which horses are most likely to be precocious or are best suited to the surface or distance, they are at a huge disadvantage and will miss out on some big payouts.
In the E-Book you will learn:
Dirt, Mud, Turf and Synthetic Tendencies
Insight into whether or not offspring are likely to be sprinters or routers
Exclusive information on the quality of the pedigree and whether or not these genes are likely to be passed on
Two free updates, one before the Breeders’ Cup and an end of year summary focusing on the Derby trail.
The 2010 E-book covers 40 national stallions. The book is worth at least $40, but in honor of the summer seasons at Del Mar and Saratoga, we are offering an introductory rate of $27.00. That’s less than $1.50 per horse.
