Interactif – Looks like really good colt but post 11 won’t help against the Euros.
Viscount Nelson – Top colt, will like firm grass, distance slight question.

Pounced – Don’t like last, but there’s quality here.

Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint

Kat’s Picks:  6-1-13-4

Cannonball - Peaking. Trainer extremely confident. Will close strongly.
Noble Court – Love his race at this trip.  Working great.  Pointed here since March.
Desert Code – Trainer and jock say he’s better this year.  Can sit closer if needed.
Lord Shanakill- In great shape for Mandella, who knows how to get them ready.

Ron’s Picks:  3-7-1-9

California Flag – He threw in the towel in last year’s version, but he’s still fast.
Gotta Have Her – One of the two girls I like and she’s unbeaten on the downhill course.
Noble Court – This guy has been in the money 12 out of 13 times.
Diamondrella – Synthetic is the question. Ran poorly on it one time.

Rick’s Picks:  3-9-7-13

California Flag – Last three warrant the favorite’s spot.
Diamondrella – With the downhill, she’s gonna be tough.
Gotta Have Her – Knows the hillside like the back of her hoof.
Desert Code – For heaven’s sake, don’t leave out.

Bob’s Picks:  3-7-13-9

California Flag – No repeat of last year’s pace melt down.
Gotta Have Her – 4-4 for on the tricky downhill course.  Could win if the flag unfurls.

Diamondrella – Classy mare in top form.

Sentient Jet Breeders’ Cup Sprint

Ron’s Picks:  1-5-3-9

Capt. Candyman Can – Another closer who will benefit from hot pace.

Grey Goose Breeders’ Cup Juvenile

Rick’s Picks:  13-4-11-6

Lookin At Lucky – Hunch play?
Noble’s Promise – Strong effort in last; he’s a handful.
Radiohead – Will love the added distance.
Pulsion – Jockey Smith will keep him straight this time.

Bob Hill’s Picks:  4-13-8-9

Noble’s Promise – Futurity win visually impressive.
Lookin At Lucky – Bad break being drawn on far outside – compromises chances of win.
Eskendereya – Either Pletcher knows something or this is an owner entry?
Aikenite – Could spring big surprise here.

Kat Kubik’s Picks:  13-8-7-11

Lookin at Lucky – Professional colt with home track advantage.  Post makes it harder.
Eskendereya – In tough but has a great stride and pedigree suggests he’ll like synthetic.
Vale Of York – Improving Euro who narrowly lost a group one last out.
Radiohead – often rank but was closing well.  Other Euro, Beethoven, is also dangerous.

Ron Correll’s Picks:  13-4-9-7

Lookin at Lucky – He’s the best 2-year-old until beaten.
Noble’s Promise – He’s right behind top one, that one is playing at home.
Aikenite – Second to Noble’s Promise at Keeneland.
Vale of York – This is an interesting move by Godolphin. Thought he would have gone in the turf.

TVG Breeders’ Cup Mile

Bob Hill’s Picks:  11-3-4-10

Goldikova – She is in a class by herself.
Cowboy Cal – He will take them all the way to the final jumps before he’s caught.
Delegator – Hard working, consistent colt is dangerous for all the spots under winner.
Justenuffhumor – Rebounds from stinker to compete with these.

Kat Kubik’s Picks:  11-8-4-9

Goldikova- Amazing last year, I think she’s just as good.  Hope the holes open for her.
Zacinto – Fresh, top class contender who’s still getting better.
Delegator – we’ve got nice horses but these Euros look awfully good. Pace will help him.
Gladiators – Good right now and will love the track. Could take them all the way.

Ron Correll’s Picks:  11-8-4-7

Goldikova – It’s simple: The lady will defend her crown.
Zacinto – Ran second to Rip Van Winkle and is the main threat.

Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile

Kat Kubik’s Picks:  1-3-9-4

Mastercraftsman – Couldn’t find anyone to beat him, so he wins.

Mastercraftsman – Prepped for this by running on synthetic in Ireland. Oh yeah, he won.
Midshipman – Won the Juvenile last year and is a danger.

Bullsbay – Gives honest effort every time.
Neko Bay – Loves Santa Anita.
Chocolate Candy – He’s as likely as any of the others in this spot.

Emirates Airline Breeders’ Cup Turf

Ron Correll’s Picks:  2-5-7-6

Conduit – Looks like he can repeat.
Dar Re Mi – I give her a big shot although others would have liked her in the Filly and Mare Turf.
Spanish Moon – Stable mate of Conduit and they could be the exacta.
Presious Passion – America’s best hope and probably the lone speed.

Rick Francis’ Picks:  2-7-6-5

Conduit – They will name a race after him.
Spanish Moon – Man, these guys are good.
Presious Passion – With a firm course he has a chance.
Dar Re Mi – Believe last took a lot out of her.

Bob Hill’s Picks:  2-7-5-1

Conduit – If those Racing Post Ratings are accurate he can’t lose.
Spanish Moon – Has a chance if top one falters.
Dar Re Mi – Connections have to believe to have entered her given other options.
Telling – One of them has to finish fourth.

Kat Kubik’s Picks:  7-2-5-6

Spanish Moon – He’s fresh and will get the jump on Conduit.
Conduit – One of the best turf horses. Has a huge closing move that will be tough to beat.
Dar Re Mi – Fits in perfectly with these.  Fifth in Arc, has to be respected.
Presious Passion – Almost picked him for the upset.  Best looking horse on the grounds.

Breeders’ Cup Classic

Rick Francis’ Picks:  4-3-6-7

Zenyatta – Play the streak and enjoy the magic.
Summer Bird – You know he’s gonna be there.
Richard’s Kid – Has found his calling on the West Coast.
Gio Ponti – If the Euro’s can make the switch, why not him?

Bob Hill’s Picks:  10-8-4-7

Rip Van Winkle – Whole lotta class going on here.  Connections pointing here for long time.
Einstein – Synth may be his best surface these days.
Zenyatta – Great mare will be valiant, and I really hope she wins but can’t support at the price.
Gio Ponti – I really wanted to pick this guy on top.

Kat Kubik’s Picks:  4-6-10-8

Zenyatta- Numbers don’t tell the whole story. She has as good a chance as any here.
Richard’s Kid – Loves the track and distance. Training better than for the Pacific Classic.
Rip Van Winkle -One of Europe’s best. Travel, surface, foot problems always a concern.
Einstein – Very good in two tries on synthetic.  Looks excellent in works.

Ron Correll’s Picks:  6-10-8-4

Richard’s Kid – Primed for this race. It will be the perfect distance for him. Too many people are getting on him. He may be a short price.
Rip Van Winkle – The best Europe has to offer.
Einstein – Won the Santa Anita Handicap and was second in the Pacific Classic.
Zenyatta – I love this lady, but I think she is in deep here.
